Mirrifi, LLC ("Mirrifi," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing services company registered in Arizona. We operate the website located at mirrifi.com and provide AI-powered digital content creation services, including the development of AI-generated video and social media content on behalf of our clients.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services.

01Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

Contact and account information
name, email address, phone number, and account credentials when you register for a Mirrifi account.
Payment information
billing name and address. Payment card data is processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Media files
photographs, video recordings, and audio/voice recordings that you upload to our platform for the purpose of creating your AI-generated content.
Social media information
credentials or account access you provide to enable content publishing on your behalf.
Communications
messages, support requests, or feedback you send to us.

Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system.
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).


SMS and Text Messaging Privacy

Mirrifi offers an optional SMS text messaging program for customers who choose to receive customer care, account-related, and service-related communications.

  • If you opt in to receive text messages from Mirrifi, we collect and use your mobile phone number and SMS consent information solely to provide the text messaging services you requested, including customer support responses, account and service updates, requests for information needed to fulfill your service, production status notifications, and notifications when Mirrifi deliverables are complete.

    You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

    We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

    You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@mirrifi.com.

    • 02Likeness, Voice & Biometric Data

    Important Notice
    To deliver our services, Mirrifi collects and processes photographs, video recordings, and voice recordings that constitute your personal likeness and voice data. This section describes how we handle that data.

    When you onboard as a Mirrifi client, you provide explicit written consent authorizing us to use your uploaded media files to create AI-generated video and social content on your behalf. Specifically, you confirm that:

    • The files you upload are of you, and you own or hold the rights to those files.
    • You authorize Mirrifi to use those files to create AI-generated marketing content for your account.
    • You understand that your uploaded files and generated content must comply with applicable platform policies, safety standards, and acceptable use requirements.
    • Uploaded files may need to be replaced if they are unusable or do not meet platform technical requirements.

    Your likeness and voice data is used exclusively to produce content for your account. We do not sell, license, or share your likeness or voice data with third parties except as necessary to operate our AI content creation pipeline, and only under strict confidentiality and data processing terms.

    You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your likeness and voice data at any time by contacting privacy@mirrifi.com. Withdrawal of consent will result in our inability to continue providing services to your account.

    03How We Use Your Information

    Service delivery
    To create your AI-generated video and social media content, manage your account and dashboard, and publish content as authorized.
    Payments
    To process subscription and service fees through our payment processor.
    Communications
    To send account notifications, service updates, and support responses. We may also send marketing communications; you may opt out at any time.
    Platform improvement
    To analyze usage patterns, improve our services, and troubleshoot technical issues.
    Legal compliance
    To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
    Safety and fraud prevention
    To detect and prevent misuse of our platform, including unauthorized uploads of third-party likenesses.

    04Third-Party Service Providers

    We share your information with third-party service providers only as necessary to deliver our services. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. Categories of providers we use include:

    Your uploaded media files (photos, video, voice) will be deleted within 30 days following account closure or upon your written request, unless an active legal hold applies.

    If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Mirrifi, we may send you customer care and account-related messages, including account management updates, responses to support requests or customer inquiries, and notifications regarding the status or completion of services.

    You may receive up to 6 text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

    You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance.

    Mirrifi does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

    We may use service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver our text messaging program. These providers are permitted to process mobile information only for the purpose of providing services to Mirrifi and may not use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

    We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@mirrifi.com.

    09Children's Privacy

    Mirrifi's services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact privacy@mirrifi.com.

    10Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
